New detached house designed by architect Haydn Bennet (www.lowenergyhouse.design) Designed to be able to meet the passivhaus plus standard when the installed gas boiler is replaced with a heat pump

External finishes are a mix of lime render and ThermoWood vertical cladding. South facing roof zinc, north facing roof tiled. Windows and doors Katzbeck Design range.

Building Form Factor: 2.7 with average wall and roof U-value 0.101 W/m²K, floor 0.135 W/m²K, and average installed whole window/door U values 0.90 W/m²K.
