Dart House, Devon

Bespoke new build detached house (net floor area 298 sqm) on a sloping site, designed by Passivhaus Homes. This is one of our most complex Passivhaus form to date but illustrates that airtightness can be achieved on more challenging house forms. Clients like a very warm house so slightly higher overheating percentage suits them, though it is still well below Passivhaus limit of 10%.
External finishes are a mix of lime render and western red cedar boarding.
