Sylvan Road, E11

New build detached house designed by Thiss Studio near Epping Forest in east London. A three storey, six bedroom house on a very tight site. The roof form is a complex double curve but formed entirely with straight parts. The roof finish is standing seam recycled copper. The street facing elevation also features a curved wall with rendered finish, the render comprised of different textured panels to break-up the surface. Bespoke window surrounds complete the facade.
This house showcases the ability to deliver complex designs using PH15 and still benefit from tried and tested junction details.
